Terms of Use
These plain-language terms govern your use of Xnth during the invite-only beta. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Last updated June 2026
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Xnth is currently invite-only; accounts may require a valid invite code. Don't impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
Your content
You own the content you create. By publishing, you make the selected snapshot publicly readable and grant Xnth the limited rights needed to host, display, and distribute it within the service. You can unpublish or delete published content as described in How Publishing Works.
Acceptable use
Use Xnth lawfully and in good faith. Don't publish content you have no right to share, and follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Suspension and enforcement
We may suspend an account when its use threatens other people or the integrity of the platform. A suspension may be temporary (with a set end date) or remain until it is lifted. While suspended, you can still read the reason, appeal the decision, change your password, and unpublish your content. Common reasons for suspension include:
- Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of other members.
- Posting content you have no right to share, or repeated copyright violations.
- Impersonation or misrepresenting your identity or credentials.
- Spam, scams, or manipulation of votes, credits, or matching.
- Publishing illegal content, or content that sexualizes or endangers minors.
- Attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, or abuse the service.
- Evading a prior suspension or other enforcement action.
If you believe a suspension was a mistake, you can appeal it from the suspension screen and an administrator will review it.
Beta software
Xnth is provided “as is” during the beta. Features may change, and the service may have interruptions. We'll do our best to protect your data — see the Privacy Policy — but you should keep your own copies of anything critical.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
